Curo may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
3. Counter Notices
Users who believe content was removed incorrectly may submit a counter-notice including:
- contact information,
- identification of removed material,
- and a statement under penalty of perjury.
4. Platform Positioning
Curo operates as:
- a visual bookmarking,
- organizational,
- and inspiration management platform.
Curo does not claim ownership of user-uploaded material.
