Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Curo may offer:

• Free plans
• Pro subscriptions
• Future premium features

1. Billing

Subscriptions may be billed:

• monthly,
• or annually.

Payments are processed through:

• Razorpay

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle,
• after which your account may revert to the Free plan.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law:

• payments are non-refundable,
• and unused subscription time is not prorated.

4. Downgrades

After downgrade:

• certain storage or feature limitations may apply.

Users are responsible for exporting any desired content before account deletion.

5. Account Deletion

If you request account deletion:

• your account data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

During this period:

• recovery may be possible upon request.

After permanent deletion:

• recovery may no longer be possible.

6. Future Pricing Changes

We may modify pricing or subscription features in the future.

Reasonable notice will be provided before material billing changes take effect.
