By accessing or using Curo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Curo.
By using Curo, you represent that:
- you can legally enter into these Terms,
- and your use complies with applicable laws.
2. Description of Services
Curo provides tools for:
- visual bookmarking,
- inspiration collection,
- organization,
- moodboarding,
- and AI-assisted categorization.
Features may change over time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security,
- safeguarding login credentials,
- and all activity under your account.
You may authenticate using:
- email/password,
- or supported third-party login providers.
4. User Content
Users may upload or save:
- images,
- videos,
- links,
- screenshots,
- notes,
- and other content.
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by uploading content, you grant Curo a limited license necessary to:
- host,
- process,
- display,
- organize,
- and operate the Services.
5. Copyright & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to:
- upload,
- save,
- share,
- or publicly display content.
Curo does not verify ownership rights for uploaded or referenced content.
Curo is intended as an inspiration management and organizational tool, not a publishing platform.
6. Public Boards & Sharing
Boards are private by default.
Users may choose to:
- publish boards publicly,
- create share links,
- or invite collaborators.
Public content may:
- be visible to other users,
- appear in discover/community sections,
- or be indexed by search engines.
You are solely responsible for public sharing decisions.
7. AI Features
Curo may use AI-powered systems for:
- tagging,
- categorization,
- search,
- and organizational assistance.
Some content may be processed by third-party AI providers.
We do not currently use user content to train proprietary AI models.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws,
- infringe intellectual property rights,
- spam,
- scrape the platform,
- reverse engineer the Services,
- extract datasets for AI training,
- abuse APIs or infrastructure,
- distribute malware,
- or interfere with platform security.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- suspend,
- restrict,
- or terminate accounts
that violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users.
10. Subscription & Billing
Curo may offer:
- free plans,
- paid subscriptions,
- and future premium features.
Billing terms are governed by the Subscription Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, design, and proprietary functionality remain the property of Curo.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to the platform itself.
12. Third-Party Services
Curo may integrate with or reference third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
- third-party content,
- availability,
- or external services.
13. Disclaimer
Curo is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability,
- error-free operation,
- or permanent storage availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curo shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages,
- lost profits,
- data loss,
- or business interruption.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
